Returns & Exchange Policy – ZUAPARIS (Strict No Refund Policy)
Article 1 – Scope of the Policy
1.1. ZUAPARIS does not offer refunds under any circumstances.
1.2. This policy applies to all orders placed on the ZUAPARIS website without exception.
Article 2 – Conditions of Eligibility for Returns
2.1. Returns may be accepted solely for exchange or store credit purposes.
2.2. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in a condition strictly identical to that in which it was received, namely unworn, unused, and free from any sign of use.
2.3. The item must retain all original tags and be returned in its original packaging.
2.4. A valid proof of purchase must be provided with any return request.
2.5. Any item that does not meet the conditions set out in the present article shall be excluded from the return process.
Article 3 – No Refund Policy
3.1. ZUAPARIS does not provide monetary refunds, partial or full, under any circumstances.
3.2. All approved returns shall be eligible exclusively for exchange or store credit.
3.3. Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Article 4 – Return Procedure
4.1. Any request for return must be initiated by contacting ZUAPARIS customer support at the following address: support@zuparis.com.
4.2. Returns are subject to prior approval by ZUAPARIS. Any return sent without explicit approval shall be refused.
4.3. Upon approval of the return request, the customer shall receive return instructions.
4.4. The customer is required to ship the item within seven (7) calendar days from the date return approval is granted.
4.5. Failure to ship the item within this timeframe shall result in the automatic cancellation of the return request.
Article 5 – Return Shipping Conditions
5.1. In all cases where a return is requested, a mandatory return shipping fee of twenty euros (€20) shall be charged to cover the cost of shipping the product back to ZUAPARIS warehouses.
5.2. This fee shall be invoiced to the customer or deducted from any store credit issued.
5.3. Outbound shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
Article 6 – Return Processing
6.1. The return transit and processing period, calculated from the moment the customer hands the parcel to the carrier until its arrival at ZUAPARIS facilities, may take up to thirty (30) business days.
6.2. Upon receipt of the returned item, ZUAPARIS shall inspect the product to verify compliance with the return conditions.
6.3. The customer shall be informed of the approval or rejection of the return following inspection.
6.4. Approved returns shall be processed exclusively as exchanges or store credit.
Article 7 – Exchanges
7.1. Customers wishing to exchange the size of their jeans may be required to pay an exchange fee, the amount of which shall vary depending on the destination country.
7.2. The applicable exchange fee shall be communicated to the customer at the time of the exchange request.
Article 8 – Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
8.1. Customers are required to inspect their items immediately upon receipt.
8.2. In the event that an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer must contact ZUAPARIS without delay.
8.3. In such cases, ZUAPARIS will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or store credit, and cover return shipping costs where applicable.
Article 9 – Mandatory Consumer Rights
9.1. Nothing in the present policy shall affect or limit mandatory consumer rights granted under applicable law, which shall remain fully applicable in all circumstances.
